Instructions for Purchases by Customers in the Gulf Countries

  • The period mentioned in the product order refers to the time required for manufacturing and preparing it for delivery only.
  • Currently, we do not have a direct shipping policy for Gulf countries.
  • The responsibility for shipping outside Kuwait lies with the customer.
  • If an order is placed from outside Kuwait, the customer will be notified when the product is ready and when it can be collected within Kuwait.
  • If the customer (outside Kuwait) arranges a shipping company to receive the product from our warehouses, an acknowledgment must be signed by the customer or their representative upon receipt, confirming that the product is received in proper condition and free of any damage. Once received and signed for, we disclaim any responsibility for damages that may occur thereafter.

Shipping Policy for Coffee Consoles & Brass Products

Coffee Consoles

  • Kuwait: The assembling process will take 80 to 120 days, starting next month.
  • GCC: Due to logistical challenges, including size, weight, and special handling requirements, we are unable to offer direct delivery for Coffee Consoles. Customers in GCC countries must arrange their own shipping. Additionally, assembling services are not available outside Kuwait.

Brass Products

  • Kuwait: Delivery within 3 to 7 days.
  • GCC: Delivery within 5 to 20 days, depending on the destination. Brass Products will be delivered using our standard shipping partners within the estimated timeframe.
