Instructions for purchases by customers in the Gulf countries:

• The period mentioned in the product order is the period required for manufacturing and preparing it for delivery only.
• We do not have a shipping policy for Gulf countries (for the time being).
• The responsibility for shipping outside Kuwait is on the customer.
• In the event of any orders from outside Kuwait, the customer will be notified when they are ready and when they will be received inside Kuwait.
• In the event that the customer (outside Kuwait) provides a shipping company to receive the product from our warehouses, an acknowledgement will be signed by the customer or his representative to receive the product properly and free of any damage, and after receiving and signing we disclaim responsibility for anything that may happen to the product.
